#4168, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter. Left Steely Dan for the Doobie Brothers in 1974. After the Doobies he worked as a session guitarist for many artists. Since 1995 he has been working as a defense consultant and chairs a Congressional Advisory Board on missile defense.
